Food and Drink Policy

Please note that The Cartography of Solitude is a food-free event.

• Bottled water is allowed in the auditorium.
  
• No outside food, snacks, or beverages will be permitted.
  
• A café in the Villa Sant’Ambrogio lobby will be open before and after the event for light refreshments.

• 7:00 PM: Lecture begins
  
• 8:15 PM: Q&A session with Prof. Jane Harris and Prof. Terry Friedman
  
• 9:00 PM: Event concludes

Please make sure to arrive on time—the lecture will begin promptly at 7 PM.

Parking Information

For those attending The Cartography of Solitude, here are parking options near Villa Sant Ambroeus:

• Main Lot: Adjacent to the venue, limited spaces available.
  
• Overflow Parking: Located 0.3 miles north at St. Ambrose Public Lot (free after 6 PM).
  
• Street Parking: Available on Sant Ambroeus Boulevard—please check for local restrictions.

Note: The Auditorium entrance is on the east side of the villa.
